I’ve never been a fan of “diets” and have made every attempt to eat wiser (including paying top $$ for qualified nutritionalists), but I did not see the results I was hoping to get. However, after 3 weeks of following your easy-to-follow exercise plan, I am reaching a whole new level…and down two full dress sizes. I am now able wake up earlier and spend about an hour following through on the exercises BEFORE my children are out of bed. This, coupled with the change in “diet” I’ve been working on has worked miracles for me. The past 2 years have been extremely stressful for me when trying to exercise at the gym. I have a 1 hour lunch break, and when allotting enough time to travel, change, and warm-up, I was left with 20 minutes……it just wasn’t working. However, now it is. I spend my time in the morning doing your workout, then I only need those 20 minutes to do the squats, etc at that gym for my legs every other day. I’ve received more comments in the last 2 weeks than I have in the past two years and I owe much of that to your advice. I can’t imagine anyone not being able to follow this plan and I’m delighted to have come across this. I have a 2 ½ year old girl, a 1 year old son, and both daddy and I work full time….with off-hour support in a global operation…if I can do it, anyone can!!!!
